Learn safely and correctly the fundamentals of this amazing strength and conditioning tool by training online with experienced Kettlebell teacher Tony Stapleton.
Kettlebell exercises work to train multiple fitness aspects during the same session such as cardiovascular conditioning, strength, and flexibility training whilst helping to improve agility, coordination, and posture.
This course includes an initial consultation and after completing the 3 hours of 1-1 tuition you be provided with a bespoke Kettlebell workout in video form to continue your practice.
